Cathy Boyce

Cathy is a real estate agent with 24/7 dedication and “can-do” spirit.  She has successfully worked with local and nationally-based clients on purchasing custom waterfront estates, high end country club properties, luxury beachfront condominiums, a wide range of neighborhood and larger acreage homes as well as vacation properties of all sizes and price ranges.  “I take pride in creating positive experiences for my clients from the first meet and greet to closing day and beyond”.

Cathy knows that every person and family is as unique as the homes in which they want to live.  The “match” is based on one-on-one client-centric strategies of customized detail.  Positive, passionate and poised, and determined to exceed expectations, “I start the process of home buying with engaged conversation to understand my client’s living environment preferences, their location and aesthetic desires, commuting and school considerations, and, of course, timing and financial goals”.  With that knowledge, combined with a 35 year strong foundation of market inventory and design savvy, Cathy quickly provides a wealth of options for immediate consideration.  And in a world where time is increasingly precious, Cathy will make your home purchase a top priority, gaining your genuine trust and friendship, and turning that dream of a new home into perfect reality.

“The smiles, hugs and tears of joy at closing let me know that I have done my job well.  Whether we have a 2 week turnaround or it takes 2 years before my clients are ready to purchase, they have my attention and complete priority.  Getting it done right, the first time, is always the goal and having fun doing it is the gift”.

Cathy was born in upstate New York graduating from George Washington University with a degree in communications and later lived in New England before making the permanent move to South Florida with her husband in 1981.  After living in Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Florida became home in 1991.  “We chose Jupiter to raise our daughter.  It has a “sense of place” that is distinctly unique.  We appreciate our town’s beautiful beaches, waterfront and sports destinations, great schools and small town appeal”.  Involved in the planning, architectural, and interior design field for 30 plus years, Cathy has seen and been part of the town’s growth with the development of Abacoa, Harbourside and Love Street. “This is a community that truly cares about its residents and I cannot rave enough about its benefits”.
